I collect Arts and Crafts era items, which includes Craftsman and Mission styles. 

They're happy if it works out that way, but don't actually have a mission statement or business plan that puts neighborhood and community first.  

I wanted a legit cash buyer who was willing to pay my $5k EMD and close fast and with cash so that I never had to go through missions and days of anxiety to sell my deals.

I've never been down there so this trip is a fact finding mission, maybe check out some areas, and just put my nose down and go....I've decided on landing in the Tampa area and maybe check out Clear Water, maybe head down to the Fort Meyers area.

And if you go on a mission, you will be able to hand money to many appreciative people directly.

You stay long enough to learn, those that have skills, like that electrical inspector guy we had, will teach you all he knows without much reservation as it supports the mission of the N/P.

The only issue I could see with that area is that the Shawnee Mission school district isn't performing as well as it did in the past.
