that's a good question there are sharks no doubt that will snake a deal.however as I spent most of my career helping other acquire real estate If I stole their deals I don't think I would get very far.. you can use the NDNC documents.. but unless your in a position to litigate them if they are violated they just are papers ..

We own a couple dozen houses in Houston, some in our own names, and we have had to file vandalism insurance claims and have had NO issues with the insurance company paying the claim.Personally, I would max out all of my fannie/freddie slots before looking at portfolio lending as it is 30 year fixed money.

It wastes my time, the other agents time and the buyer and sellers time as I need to present all offers.If I was going to go to a casino to gamble (I don't), I could keep putting money into a slot machine and I might hit a big one but will probably go home broke.

I think loan sharks have better terms.He explained that by law the bank can't refuse to do these loans, but because they are not very profitable for the bank they set such extremely ridiculous terms that nobody in their right mind would do it.I even explained to my banker that by him making me put the 15% down was triggering this issue.
