I've seen contemplation of this kind of "ticing out" a SF residence a couple of times in the last few weeks.

I was contemplating building a 100 unit apartment complex on the Oregon coast some years back or should I put up 80 town houses.I did run a COMING SOON  add in the local paper. 

i currently have a 401k loan that i used to purchase 2 fourplexes that i have renovated and increased rent roll by 30%. i have a ton of losses this year and was contemplating defaulting on loan and hope to avoid paying taxes due to losses.

I am contemplating venturing into development project - buy land, build multi family unit, rent/sell.

I will be contemplating what will be the best way to move forward.

I dealt with a really slimy broker on a property I sold last year and I've contemplated reporting him or even suing him but was advised it isn't really worth the time or $ (the cost to sue him would be more than what I think he "took" from me in the deal).

My big contemplation is the interior doors.
