When I asked what was going on, she told me that the roommate had put the toilet plunger in the wrong place, so she had put the plunger on the bathroom counter next to the girls things (gross) , and the girl had put it back in the 'wrong' place again on purpose!?

If you looked outside into your backyard and you saw a girl you had never seen before walking through your backyard, would you just assume its a neighbor and not someone trespassing?

Tell your stepdaughter and her girls that they can stay for 1 month until they get on their feet, but that's it. 

The girls are going to have guys sleep over some, it happens.   

If you have parents with two kids the girls will sleep together the boys won't.

The market we are going after are groups, families, and girls trips looking for a luxury experience at a large private property with a pool, hot tub, game room, etc... that is close to the lake.

One girl spilled paint on the vinyl plank and her boyfriend being the savior that he is decided to try to remove the paint with paint thinner and took all the top layer of the vinyl plank off and then told me someone broke into the house and did it.Also, waterproof is relative to how much water you spill on it, if you spill a lot of water, that water is going to eventually make it over to quarter round trim and get underneath.

@José Reyes I think that I'm more of a city girl:) because I'm OOS investor I need a place that there are a lot of properties, GC's, realtors etc...
