Are we in C or D territory here?

I'm not too far away from there & it's amazing because where I stay is totally different & isn't considered "warzone" territory until you get closer to Puritan.

I set up a section at the local sports bar/ restaurant that had a SB special $65 all u can eat (full menu) and all you can drink (full bar) bought and paid for, then invited my entire real estate team ( contractor, Atty, prop manager, territory managers,to join me in cheering on my team, the Denver Broncos (or as I like to call them, the Denver Manning's) on to victory.Not only did we have an absolute blast, but it was a great team builder and a write off to boot.

I am getting into "A Random Walk Down Wall Street" territory now so I'll stop here lol. 

That's desperate territory.

I was an active burr strategy guy for 3 years and got up to 287 units before crossing over into the wholesale and territory.

Without their version of it, Spain's banking security would've plunged back into 2011 territory.

How do I go about analyzing a territory so that I can include this information in my business plan?

I mean everything taken kitchen bathrooms mechancials copper you name it they stole it before they left  :)  but that's big boy investing and goes with the territory..

It may not start out that way--but if it's an ongoing relationship like landlord-tenant or borrower-lender, it tends to go into entitlement territory within about 18 months.
