Being a landlord is not the time or place to enforce your personal worldview that tenants/people are too soft in our modern society. 

Give him a free month's rent and pay for movers to get him out and go live somewhere else.Sometimes, people have to run up against the limits of society to realize that it's time to change.

No matter what I do, I feel as if I am representing an entire class of people who have to struggle not to re-offend, simply because society will not give them places to live or jobs.

If most people stay home, not working and not being productive, our society economy loss will be very huge.  

OUR lease at the apartments we've been living in isn't up until June 23rd, so we're ONLY in a hurry because FHA requires us to be.I see on here that evictions have been suspended at least through April.What we're seeking advice on is- should we get in touch proactively with our lender and see if they can suspend our move-in requirement until the pandemic has settled down, so as not to displace our tenants amidst society screeching to a halt?

I think society has to think for them self’s and not be so easy manipulated.
