You might consider further north into Murphy, Marble, Andrews, etc. to find more bang for your buck.But in general, BR is saturated now and I'd only advise if you can "do it right" by investing with a view, game room, true log cabin, etc.

Thanks for the input guys.Like I mentioned, both of these listings are newer and went live mid-May.Occupancy for the STR has been booked almost solid since we went live, although starting August things are thinning out quite a bit.The MTR is in Austin which is a ridiculously saturated market right now.
