Have used Buildium for 5 or so years - second this comment and think the software would scale as your business grows --- the keys to success with them I believe are using the full suite of features they offer -- ie keeping your books, and keeping them correctly, online payments, online applications, and getting vendors on board with online invoicing/payments.
