Also Gen Z Engineer way of thinking is very different than our usually-immigrant-in-south-bay that's more focus on family, this drives up totally different housing need as well as GenZ tends to see "experience" and more into "on-demand" mindset.

Communicate well, treat them with respect, provide them with options in their notification letter (i.e. renew at $x rate and we will take care of y and z...provide 30 day notice, etc.).
