Unfortunately, I'm sure yourself as well as many others, including myself, fall into that very generic characteristic.

If they were generic handy-man guys, then were you worried that they wouldn't be able to handle trade-specific issues with the same level of expertise that an outside contractor would?  

When it asked for which account I was paying on/transferring to, I'd put in my business name (very generic sounding) and bank acct #. 

If he's only in month one and owes a couple grand while pursuing some generic degree then it may be better to drop out.

Do you feel your expenses are realistic or more based on generic assumptions?

Just generic examples, but I think you get the point.

Rentals are a bit less, but you probably get higher quality of tenant and expose it to a much bigger market to rent it faster.The description on Z is a bit generic, pictures need to be professional, these days allowing pets is probably vital.   

If a new house were to be built, would it be best to build one that's similar to the one that once stood there (one of those generic mini-McMansions with 6 bedrooms etc) or would it be better to build one that is a slightly bigger/fancier?
