I’m getting bachelors in graphic design which is definitely not a job that requires a degree, but as soon as I graduate I can charge $50/h freelance and could easily fall back to a 30/h job if something goes wrong in real estate.

there are so many variations and options, that's what a good CPA is needed for.whether your a private subcontractor - i know my fiance does graphic artist "side jobs" that her CPA just takes into account writes off the "maximum" amount allowed by the irs rules.that's poor business to me.
