Point is - the government/society wants good little worker bees who don't ask questions.

We are increasingly mobile as a society and you have an app, just a poorly functioning one.

Here's a crank theory: Covid has acted as an accelerant for various aspects of society.

The problem with most of society is not buying nice things for yourself to enjoy as we travel through life.

But having kids, abandoning them, and expecting the social safety net to pick up the slack...we have to work to eradicate that attitude in our society.

Nearly anyone willing to live there was at the very bottom realms of society and have nowhere else to go.

Society is to soft.

It will be worse for CRE office than multifamily residential (mostly because people, in US society at least, don't have the ability to access single-family options that in places where jobs exist).

And this is far from the 2000 computer glitch fears, this has affected every facet of society in a matter of weeks/days.  

Our society sure is getting entitled.
