Well my silly sausage muffin... try 3 months..I started in 2017 doing my own seo testing and developing my own all white hat SEO strategies...And .. well...check this out :The more I test the more I learn, the more test need to be done the more I learn the more I test... and the curve shows that.I get more and more and more traffic.With that comes more and more and more leads.SO blood...there is only ONE kind of marketing that will EVER be worth my time.

Those linear, shallow closets really date a property, and don't offer what buyers at that price point are going to be looking for.Also, there was a trend of having the closet be the connector between the sleeping space and the bath, but that's pretty much old hat.

Having a flexible job with enough fat to save and invest is arguably a better position to be in for what it sounds like you want to do.If you do work for someone, I would suggest a much smaller venture, where you are able to wear many hats.

Anyway  I think the real moral of this tale is you need to as a buyer put on your big boy hat and do your due diligence.. and you need to have a really good broker who could pick these things out up front as well.. but you know people now they think agents are worthless and they just do it themselves  LOL...

The goal should be to be set up for retirement in the terms of financial freedom/flexibility not just a place to hang your hat. 2.) 10 or 20 years is a long time to know where you'll want to be. 30 years is (like you said) a really really really long time.
