Can anyone recommend a licensed alarm installer for a central smoke alarm?

It's a life full of surprises/misery and sometimes I cursed myself "why do I need to do this", but then when I checked Zillow and went to the tax guy, I'm happy again for no reason.Nowadays I can answer random landlord questions like (-) which state you need to file tax when you receive loss at your K1 (-) what's the cost of fixing a plumbing in Alabama (-) Why are property taxes so high in Texas and IL (-) Why house soil condition is not that great in Montgomery (-) why there's a lot of HVAC thief at blablabla (-) this neighborhood in Indiana is really bad because ..... (-) Can I receive QBI deduction again ??

Couple of points:Hire a cleaning service and build it in to the rent, this will keep the parents happyHire a lawn care service and build it into the rent, this will keep the neighbors happyInstall new smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, post emergency numbersDecide 9 months or 12 months term you are going to offer.

that said... the crime stats are alarming in greater vegas, the economy seems very flimsy, 50% of casino economy dependent on international tourists, and the competition seems to be fierce for "sub-prime" renters.I think there are still a lot of smaller Tier 3 type markets all over the west (including in Nevada) better than vegas.... but vegas does have the allure.. like a casino enticing you into a game it knows you cannot win over the long term:)

In RI if you have a fire alarm system (and 6 unit probably requires one) make sure there is a good understanding on who will arrange pre-sale inspection (seller) and that they also must make sure it passes in time for closing.   

Not to beat a old horse, but 13k is alarmingly low.

Upon buying this property I noticed that all three units were hardwired with an alarm system.
