You will have to get estimates from every one of them ,  Then pick them , then get on THEIR schedule .

If I can't call and reach someone, that's a fundamental failure (don't give out your phone number if you're too busy to pick up the phone when someone calls).

Everything verbal was to get me to sign there hidden intentions contract and to as time went - purposely break the contract allowing me to believe I could pick the availably showing times when in the “contract” said home has to be available.

its something like a asking a high school senior to pick their college major, first job, and first house before they graduate high school --- they don't know jack...if you love it great.
