This issue can be avoided completely and cost effectively by transferring the property into a land trust.While a transfer to an LLC will cause alarms at the bank and prompt them to send you a letter, a transfer to a trust will not.

Then after moving in over one week before lease start date and house alarm went off, i called cops, and they said why were the cops called?! 

The sudden drop in price also set off a big alarm in my mind.

My question is why did she give in just to call you a thief??

I always felt for rent sign is always asking thiefs to come and rob me I am vacant

Only reason I ask is it’s alarming how two people can attain that much student loan debt and if it had anything to do with spending habits while in grad school.

I looked up the utility thief's name to see if anything ever came of his stealing.

Should I put some sort of alarm on the front door that goes off after x amount of minutes?

I had a alarm go off every night to remind me that I was basically failing at it.  

The alarm systems help a lot with tenant turnover and prospective tenant showings as we can set and unset alarms remotely... but.. no cameras.
