Anything after 2am and they will think you are too tired, and anything before 10pm is slacker territory. 

You could do a nice wood look vinyl like allure but it really is area dependent and with granite on the kitchen counters  for the bedroom you are in carpet or laminate territory..

That's really more their territory.

That is frustrating, but it just comes with the territory.

I'm okay with your suggestion on price limitations but only if the oil companies are allowed to drill in territories owned or controlled by the United States.

I think you are young and in unfamiliar territory and it is scary to be there.

I would do a little bit more research/due diligence - once you settle on a territory, you could build a "team" who's on ground locally to help you become more successful instead of utilizing the TK company.

I ended up having to put more down given that the home prices had gone up so much over 2020 and 2021, i was squarely in "jumbo" territory for a 4 bedroom, forcing me to put 10.1% down (at that time was available, now is tough to find even 10.1% down). there are some areas of OC that are still reasonable in price.
