It's very normal so we refresh our relationships with new vendors if we run into any problems...our business has to run smoothly and with minimal stress and vendors have to contribute to that effort or they get cut! 

As someone mentioned there are a number of outdated properties in the Emerald Coast and especially Gulf Shores needing a refresh. 

Time to refresh the list?

The BP site kept timing out and giving me an error when I tried to post, so I hit Refresh, not knowing that the post apparently went through even though I was getting an error.

Either way its so refreshing to hear this work for others in this forum as opposed to people saying they are savages and need to be treated like animals.

Just wanted to refresh this thread - I have heard some lenders are increasing their minimum loan size and treating each property as its own entity - therefore houses in cheaper areas are more challenging to get a quote at all bc it is not worth their time. 

I used to work in the trades and thought that getting into an industry with "professionals" would be refreshing, but most agents are terrible.

@David Robertson being web based, how often are construction prices refreshed?

Constantly refreshed....Makes it so easy....

It may be good for CRM.When I said bad data..Many of the properties e.g. failed listings failed two years back..filters don't produce correct reports, MLS listings are incorrect- seems like they dont refresh regulalry, equity and rate seems like guesses.Having said that I still believe it may be the best of all.Thanks for your responseQuote from @Justin Silverio: @Sandeep Dhall I'm curious what you mean by bad data.
