My girls and I are done renting.

I have lived all over the world but my favorite as a adult was :  My Victorian Hobby farm in NY along the shores of Lake Onterio, for 14 yrs I lived happily where i raised one obnoxious precious teenage girl who is no longer with us and 3 horses, chickens, peacocks, ducks, dogs and cats. 

The math won - more money faster in smaller, lower taxed homes built a bit further from downtown will make me a rich girl with less work and worry. 

Fun fact: I’m a dad of identical twin girls! 

The dollar is shrinking in value by the minute.Bonds have risk exposure both to the dollar and rising inflation.Seems to me real estate is the prettiest girl at the dance*.

Don't take half the rent from the girl and half from the guy.

If you are going out to dinner and taking this girl out dude pay her her fee. 

I started in REI with turnkeys and I've since worked with turnkey investors for the 11+ years since, and the absolute hands-down thing I've seen happen over and over is everyone takes a provider's word for everything (neighborhood class, pro forma numbers, quality of the PM, etc.) instead of putting their big boy (or girl) pants on and taking on the mindset of a non-turnkey investor, which is to dive into everything and verify it.

Really double down on that so that target audience sees you and is like, damn, this girl is the one we need.
