Sorry this was a generic answer and not a blueprint. :-) You could do either IMO depending on your circumstances and what is available to you with lenders and your credit situation.

I wanted to get business cards made with the payment options on the back of the card and I was wondering if there's a generic way to list how to find my properties on cozy so I can print that on my business cards or if the only option to find me is by direct link.

But you can always run a similar, generic situation like yours on their phone support line.

There are also more generic reasons (listed above) that have to do with the Patriot Act and making sure the lender "understands" their customer.

I recommend naming the LLCs something very generic and putting several properties in each LLC.
