This issue can be avoided completely by transferring the property into a land trust.While a transfer to an LLC will cause alarms at the bank and prompt them to send you a letter, a transfer to a trust will not.

. - some Gatorade in the toilet tank while you poke smoke alarms will let you know if your flapper is leaking and costing you $. - grab a $5 ground fault indicator tool for new purchase walk throughs.. $5 might save you $5,000. - welcome baskets.. $40 at dollar store and 99% of landlord won’t do it.

To add to the strangeness, was that the letters where from 3 different banks.So today I am asking for tips/hints/ideas/gotchas/watch out for/to-dos from experienced sellers on the forum to make sure I am doing my best to cover myself from any possible scams out there while I wait for closing.Note: I put an alarm in the house, but it doesn't have a gate to keep people from getting to the door or windows.
