As you alluded, a rooming house can be lucrative, but it will be more administratively involved than letting apartments.We rent furnished rooms and provide dishes, cookware and appliances in our kitchens.

I have a "cleaning and inventory checklist" that goes room by room describing what needs to be cleaned and restocked (how many towels, where, how many extra rolls of TP, dish soap, paper towels etc etc).

@Vinh Huynh you can also buy a cheap dish washer install it of you don't already have it and raise rent 50$ a month I'm sure there is similar strategies I'd love to hear some
