normal wear and tear of a property; ie. touch up paint on walls, steam cleaning carpet is landlord's responsibility.However, make sure that the kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, sink, floor, cabinets and drawers) and bathroom (sink, shower/tub, toilet, mirror, floors, cabinet) are cleaned thoroughly.

Believe you can just use a 2 prong receptacle or put a "no equipment ground" sticker on the GFCIA fix for the bathroom electrical panel is to either cover it with a large mirror or put the electrical box on the other side of the wall

Actually, that shouldn't be that hard to do with a decent qualified buyer.BTW, as a seller or investor flipping deals, you can't just get anyone who can fog a mirror at the end of your transactions, they need to be qualified buyers to some degree having the ability to perform.
