Personally, I have a background in graphics and design so I use that to my advantage, but I would still make a practical decision.

I use expresscopy if I have a relevant graphic specific to the location because they can do postcards better than I can.

Solution: I will negotiate a discounted rate if the deadlines that are in writing are not met in the future. 2: I can see why a lot of seasoned investors would not undertake a project with so many variables.
