You have to be able to wear many hats to be successful at it: You need to be part tradesman, salesman, lawyer and accountant.It takes a lot of effort to get your business off the ground and in most areas is cut throat.

Let's say you put their stuff outside, and they later said that a fur coat worth $50K was taken by passersby?

Hats off to you, you might not want to tell anybody about property #2 or they'll make a realtiy TV show out of it and new competition will show up!

Its just that majority of them are just starting out and really, hats off to them for getting their hands dirty to get started!

Aside from giving out my number at the drop of a hat, the company I hired was quite capable, even though the relationship only lasted a few months.

To me, an investor friendly real estate agent can mean many things and they can wear different hats.

I now know it is not that easy.I hope that this site can bring me to a stage in my life that I put down the RE agent hat and put and keep on the RE Investor hat.
