Office culture: I do not think the 9-5 is dead, it won't be until the mindset changes for a lot of archaic thinking managers/owners at companies are out of the picture.

I would replace the doors with something more contemporary. 

I would recommend sitting down with each and everyone of those companies and find out where YOU fit in best with the culture and where YOU will get the help and support you need to grow.  

However, and I'm sure Brenden would agree, be sure and speak with a couple of different agents/teams to make sure you fit within their culture and that there are team members who are successful at doing exactly what you want to do.If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

The culture at KW is amazing. 

This area has a great culture of hard working and (mostly) honest folk who have been here for generations, seeing some pretty sad changes in the last decade or so.

Salvageable homes should be rehabbed to keep the history and culture alive with in a city.

This will be a culture shock for her, LOL!
