Realtors relist properties to "refresh" them and don't always add those DOM up.

I should have refreshed the page before posting.

I think the last time I had the wear areas refreshed was in 2012 and it ran about $1000 and that house is a little over 7000 square feet.But, understand, I am a perfectionist about where I park these old bones.

In this particular case it would have made sense though.To refresh my memory on the charges I did a quick mock up at the USPS and the charge was outlandish to buy a book of 10 stamps for $4.60 at $1.25.However to buy 4,500 it was only $1.75 so negligible if you are buying a ton like I was talking about.

I came to the realization, instead of refreshing Facebook 20+X a day.

@Leah Matthews Welcome to BP - it's refreshing to hear you're new investors yet have managed to purchased two rentals in a seemingly difficult area.

It's good to have certain information refreshed in our memory as we move through certain transactions and working deals.    

The new listings fill the page of 100 faster then you can refresh the page, it's the entire LA Metrolopitan Area, no less - it's sadder then a sad joke.
