I did all of mine several months ago as they are single member LLC;s and I already have to go through fingerprinting, background checks for my NMLS license as well as audited financials for our fund.

My piece of advice would be to make sure you have a great agent in your corner to help you assess the market, make informed decisions, etc. having a good agent can be day & nights difference when it comes to your experience.

Just leaving it sit without any investment use might not be enough to establish your intent in an audit.

This lead to piecing together payments here and there and drastically slowed the construction process and major cost overruns.

I had become very active on Facebook during this time because I needed people to do various tasks for me in exchange for a piece of the deal once it was completed.

I’d suggest negotiating the furniture into the sale and then slowly swapping pieces later as you personalize the space.

Give them piece of mind.
