@Kevin IzquierdoI do agree with the notion of transforming a dining area into a bedroom for increased profits ,but it will not always work.

I had to work with them to dig a conduit ditch  8 feet deep to get a transformer added.

My life was transformed when I figured out I could fix things around the house quickly and easily with YouTube tutorials.

Wow..It's really speical to see something that started from one member transform to 200,000.

@Nick C.Because when someone is serious about transforming their life, and they constantly hear the marketplace is full of scammers, they decide to sit out and miss an opportunity.The other problem is that most people don't put in the work to achieve the results.

The amount of new apartments buildings I have seen go up within the last 2 years and the transformation that my own neighborhood has gone through in the last 3 years has been a rapid change in my opinion.

It will be interesting to see if this unprecedented growth can continue regardless of the stringent rent control laws and if south and central Newark will eventually transform as did the rest of the wards.

Exterior paint/siding can range in price but doing exterior work transforms the look of the house before buyers/renters step inside.

I like hands on rehabbing because the transformation gives me a feeling of accomplishment.

If it's tile, then never mind changing the flooring.If you just put in a white tub, added white frosted glass shower doors, it should really transform it.
