The largest empire in the history of humans was the Mongol empire, which spanned about 22% of all land on earth and the majority of all humans living at that time.

That's a 40% increase in a 2-3 year span, holy smokes. 

Turns out I have a nice chunk of level ground at the top, spanning the entire length of the cliff line, and I own the highest "lookout" in the entire subdivision.

Also, over what time span did you call this person 6 times?

You almost have to be grossly negligent to screw up over the 40 year time span. 

Additionally, if you look at rankings of other areas (education, happiness, average wealth, health care, life span, etc), many European countries outrank the US...easily...Actually, the US ranks pretty low in many of these areas...

As a landlord, you'll save at least twice that over a 10 year span in the cost of replacement batteries alone annually per unit.

Imagine having a rental home or two or three in NC and CA or other posting states over your career span.
