I found this deal on the MLS and I negotiated it based on the days on market being high.How did you finance this deal?

We found this deal through our established local network in Hartsville.

In the handful of cases that I'm aware of, the lenders found out when changes were made to the insurance policies for the properties (the lenders will get notifications by letter of any changes to insurance policies where they have an interest).

I’ve found my multi families are easier to deal with than the SFHs.

I blew insulation inside the house and also found some roof areas that were leaking a small bit.

I worked with a DFY arbitrage program that found me an arbitrage property in Arvada CO which made me about 50k net. 

Making sure the property "flows" outside is a key component I have personally found - assuring nobody is stepping on toes, encroaching on each other's outside space, or blocking cars in, etc. 

I have met some investors who have found value from his content.

We found the deal off the MLS there was an investor/realtor who owned it (inherited) and didnt want to bother with reno so we took it off his hands for $175,000 put in $90k/$100k & ARV $350k-$365k max.

Found it through a wholesaler, we actually tried to sell it to other buyers and nobody would bite so I ended up buying it myself.
