In my scenario the property was being marketed as having “Central Air” cooling and it actually spells It out on the listing twice so I didn’t question it and after seeing so many properties that day i assumed everything was good to go.

The agreement cancels the lease on a specified date and spells out lease break fees.My guess is these people knew they were buying a house and never planned to stay the full year.
