i'd do it. i allow pets and they all want fenced yard.but they have to pull a permit and still talk to the "installer" to make sure he knows what he is talking about. so easy to read these guys just by talking to them.... how far in the ground, what's the span, height of fence, cone or straight hole, etc, etc..again, not without a permit.

They get two in a span of a couple of months, when I wasn't planning on paying a second for two years because I bought the property with a tenant in place for two years. 

Stainless steel gets dirty very easy and honestly the life span of appliances is not as long as it used to be so you'll replace them much more often and it's not worth the extra cost.
