@Andrew RodgersI do long term rentals at the moment but would love to expand into some Airbnb short term with long term mixed in on a multi family property (4 units or so) just to see how I feel about the short terms because it has been looking a little saturated in the market lately.

If there is a market saturation in an area, then eventually more STRs will likely leave the market if they are not able to make a profit which will likely allow for prices to balance out by that point.

I think STRs will hold up where there are a lack of alternative options for short term housing, and where there are year round vacation attractions, assuming the area is not saturated with STRs.
