The only conceivable circumstance where a HM lender might be enticed to make a loan on those terms is if what is presented is a golden "loan to own" opportunity. 

You have an advantage over a lot of other folks right now in that you are living for free which gives you a golden opportunity to be able to pay off your car as quickly as possible and boost your savings account.

, and I am seeing this as a golden opportunity for me to network and possibly get some experience in managing a property or even selling a home.
