As I'm sure you're aware, in Asheville proper most homes cannot be rented STR, or are otherwise not too charming for such.

I love real estate but just don’t have the time right now to be in the hunt game.

I have been looking at the Baltimore area east of the inner harbor, and have been bowled over by the charm and general adorableness of the area. 

Yes, your property is charming (I love those solid brick duplexes from the 1920s) and I don't doubt that you've done a nice job of making it solid and inviting inside since you bought it... but the location you're at is still not going to command the same price point as a similar duplex right off of Lakeshore.

It works in areas where you can sell the "vintage" charm!

I was hoping to offer bigger dog, more pet friendly places, because I'm a huge animal lover,  but insurance is drawing the line at pit bulls :-\   

It's charming, yet modern feeling.
