HD is OK except when it comes to deliveries.

Most prefab companies I've spoken with are 10-12 months out for delivery at the earliest.  

But to @Basit Siddiqi's point, it's something that can be obtained from the IRS and we always make sure that we obtain the immediately-available PDF so you have the EIN right away, rather than opting for the letter delivery, which takes a couple weeks from the IRS.To the other point, the question is whether the volume of the activities will justify the entity being taxed as an s-corp.

Some of the best advice comes without filter and that delivery method results in a point that is hard to miss by the one receiving the advice.

Let me try it this way:What makes you think that it is your method of delivery that decides whether you are succesful at it or not?

For example, you can always have Costco or Target home delivery drop off a pack of toilet paper or whatever with relative ease and expedience compared to some place in the boonies. 

Common idea, but realize that a lot of good contractors will not let the customer buy materials...it's not just the mark-up, but liability/delivery/loading/etc.You're much more likely to get younger, less experienced, unlicensed/insured kinda guys...so if you go this direction you need to be SUPER careful....

Understanding how your intended use may fit into the local municipal code is key.I did have to redo electric so I got the units metered separately and got the post office to approve a mailbox for separate mail delivery for the tenants.
