I enjoy fishing for monster bass in the farm ponds and floating down the Boyer River on inner tubes.

With proper knowledge on a foreclosure, the homeowner could just contact an attorney about getting their surplus money rather than being a fish in a tank of sharks with those who are looking to capitalize on one's loss.

I wouldn't imagine anymore than an inspector would have which of course I'd employ if I get that far but I thought I'd fish for some insight on this strange, to me at least, situation.

Even if you pay them, they will have bigger fish to catch than you who can't contract with them following your guru step by step methods.That means you need to learn real estate, there is no guru that teaches real estate that I know of, nor do most mentors or coaches, they reach in your pocket to provide a service, not an education in valuations, or the basics you must know before you can even value a property.

, and go fishing!  

It is definitely a less fished pool.

My plan is to make it a "funky fish house" , shabby chic in a upscale, yet not expensive sort of way.
