The issue is she doesn’t turn up heat all the time, she turn off when she is away and back home turn in again and complaint about after one hour still not warm enough and she did mention she has some medical condition that she always feel cold on her had and feet( which I did not reply to her condition) her condition is not my problem she should sick and medical or wear extra cloth for it.

Looks like the electricial wiring is original two cloth-insulated wires, although the kitchen and bathroom have three-prong GFI outlets.

Plus nameplate rating of all permanent items such as ranges, overns, cooking units, clothes dryers and water heatersplus the largest of the heating and AC loads.

I was given hose for water heater to extend the season, and had planned to have the neighbor put up posts for shade cloth for more summer use.

Not sure if that is feasible, but you might want to price it out to see if makes sense to start fresh and not have to worry about cloth wiring, etc.  

I just need a place to store my clothes & gear, otherwise, meh!
