The issue is she doesn’t turn up heat all the time, she turn off when she is away and back home turn in again and complaint about after one hour still not warm enough and she did mention she has some medical condition that she always feel cold on her had and feet( which I did not reply to her condition) her condition is not my problem she should sick and medical or wear extra cloth for it.

Not sure if that is feasible, but you might want to price it out to see if makes sense to start fresh and not have to worry about cloth wiring, etc.
