If i was to sell anything , like ice to a Eskimo.. or a property, I'd probably run to James :) I would suggest that if you're serious about investing in the area you get out there and shake some hands.

At the very least you should be able to shake out why the high price and lack of interest. 

Do nothing, shake your fists, complain, and try again with a new tenant and most likely get into another of the same situations, if not.

Let things shake out on your grades, people you meet, get to know the neighborhoods and markets.Then look at doing a Trailer hack. 

I believe with interest rates beginning to rise, eventually we will experience a correction in housing and it will shake out a lot of people.  

Just the thought alone of not being able to assist people in selling their properties has me shaking in my boots.

I was given a warning for a bin that was slightly over filled (because they didnt shake the bin last removal which left some of the trash still in there for the following week). 

All you can do is gather data and see what shakes out.Much will depending on your location, what kind of place you have and how it is setup, what kind of amenities you offer etc.
