Most subdivisions in Metro Atlanta are conforming ones only to their respective subdivisions, which means you'll find a subdivision of contemporary homes built in the '70's selling in the mid 200's sitting right next to a subdivision of traditional homes in the $600's sitting right next to a distressed subdivision in the low $100's suffering from a 6-month 50% foreclosure rate, all with totally different rent rates.

oh, and if it were me I'd skip the granite and get a vanity combo that comes with "cultured" granite.

Here is a recent one I completed in Southern CA where contemporary is in as is light hardwood floors, shaker style cabinetry, glass back splashes, and white walls/ceilings.

TJ is seeing lots of development and a great tourist culture.  

At the same time if we have made money that way maybe there is something to it.As a general rule the US students are much less respectful to their teachers than in many other cultures.
