I recently signed up for Fund&Grow.

I have experience as an SFR investor (rentals), as a realtor as well as corporate experience in mortgage lending and servicing practices from a large bank - all of which I will leverage to grow my MLO career.

It looks like the market is growing and ROI potential is around 24% after doing some lite Airtics numbers. 

The force you to come up w business name on the spot to do business cards and reserve website url for a website they host, for a url they own - if you leave, they own those digital assets.

I dont think people understand and we grow older and have kids and other financial obligations 10k is not going to be some fantastic retirement  or living ..

thanks James, in analyzing regional data, Louisville continues to show a strong local economy, with a decent trend in the growing rental market, lower median home prices and values, good reasons to make it appealing to us since we are looking to expand our portfolios, providing more affordability to enter into this market ... besides, good friends live in this city ... our visit will make it a business expense :)

Currently, we have about 60 people on the list, but we will likely grow to 500 next year. 

I'm writing this post to see if there is any advise to give me or a mentor that's willing to help me understand if this is an area in business that I can grow in.
