For now, we have been laser-focused on nailing ARV's as we are in a weird market currently (as I'm sure you're aware!)

A large and deep hole was created and two vertical steel beams and one horizontal steel beam header was built along with a steel beam in the floor which was wrapped with rebar and filled with cement (after this photo was taken of course).

In many cases we use pier and beam which is adjustable as it ages and can deal with a slowly shifting soil. 

Stay laser focused and be fair and honest.  

Along with the cost of some other small equipment like a compactor $1,000, laser kit $650.  

Question related to the framing, are the yellow beams on your first floor laminated beams (maybe another name for them)?
