Account Closed Quickest turnaround to replace carpet, refresh paint, deep clean?

I've got a move out date of July 17th for current tenant, new tenant signed lease to move in on 21st.What is the quickest turnaround time you've completed to replace carpeting (in my case I'm assuming 1,500 sq ft across 3 floors), refresh painting in house (assuming half of house needs repainted walls) and deep clean a place.

In the front: kill the weeds on the driveway/curb, repaint the garage door, buy a product to remove the oil stains in the driveway, make a small mulch bed around the tree and plant flowers around the tree, plant some flowers, a bush or some sort of plant where the snow shovels are, to the right of the front door plant some bushes and flowers (using edging stone to separate the mulch and grass could look good), and repaint the front door and the trim to something more modern (yet won't clash) that will help the place pop despite the older look of the brick.

We didn't intend to do any kind of value add, but we ended up replacing the roof, replacing two windows, replacing a fridge, residing an addition, repainting and reflooring (replacing old carpet with Allure) one of the units.

Here is What NOT to do:- Do not spend all of your savings fixing up the okay kitchen when you have not fixed the pipes, replaced the destroyed carpet, and taken out the wet wood panels all because (we are doing renovations anyway)- And do not run around aimlessly How we handled it:- We did spend most of our savings fixing the kitchen and now have to do most of the work ourselves to get the actual issues in the house fixed (Fix critical issues before aesthetics Always)- Fix the frozen pipes: Done- Fix all taps, shower heads, and fixtures destroyed during the flood: Done- Take our the destroyed carpet in the basement: Done- Repaint all rooms, baseboards, and door trims: DoneIn summary, when faced with an issue:1.

Painting crew used Valpar paint instead of Sherman Williams brand like we talked about and color is way off so they are coming out of pocket and having to repaint the walls.So far so good, only crummy thing is I have to assemble these cabinets being the shop is backed up by 5 weeks so I guess I have to work a little.
