No matter how smart, articulate or charming I sound, don't do it.

That said, "brokerage" can encompass kind of a wide array of scenarios-- some funders may not always be using all of their own money for purchases-- they may go to outside sources sometimes and there may well be a referral agent in there somewhere.

I just moved to the Tampa area, to a small community (suburb I guess) that keeps getting articles written about how it's a great place to live due to its walkability, charming downtown, great restaurants, wonderful beaches, and it's affordable.  

& give it minute to wiggle on the line .... and maybe go add some special touches to the outside ... pressure wash the roof, walls & driveway, shine the windows, plant some blooming flowers, hang a springtime wreath on the door, hang an American flag on a pole to stick out on the front of the attached line of homes (if allowed), etc....Some Simple & Sweet Southern Charm makes a big difference down here .... pretty much Everywhere, in the south & even in inner city Memphis, but it's Especially Expected at $1000+/mo rental range.  

Giti tire (even though its up state still helps Charleston) BMW of course  and 16 hotels being built in Charleston proper.. along with cruise line industry building a embarkation debarkation facility in Charleston which is HUGE to local business.. along with the southern Charm...

This technology needs to be all-encompassing when it comes to a real estate transaction so we aren't logging in and out of different platforms with a variety of usernames and passwords.

If you get a really good deal on a old building a total rehab may be worth it especially if you modernize it and still keep the old house charm.

I can be a pitbull when I go after something, but make sure I start with the southern charm first.
