I reached out to the roofer for explanation and he speaks very little English but says he never told the buyer any such thing.

They also do not speak English, which we're using Google Translate to converse.

Building in English is hard enough, I don't speak fluent Spanish yet but I'm learning.

APPARENTLY ENGLISH IS NOT YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE.Buyers (Agents or not) are NOT responsible for the Seller's Bottom Line.  

But the only real draw towards the east side is price IMHO.One thing to keep in mind as far as renters goes is that the AV was built around aviation primarily.

The ARV is probably lower than $50k... except if you're in a few pockets like East English Village (but it'd be B class then).
