This was by no means a screaming deal when I purchased it.I spent a few weekends doing demo work myself (which I enjoy) and getting the design plans all together.  

I was not sure how I was going to feel about it at first but I think once the site has had more active visitors and TK providers using it, then it will be much more helpful. 

I really never done it because my duplex has 4 spaces, and my triplex has 7 spaces, no never any issue.But this winter, thanks to the recent snow and cold, most of the tenants have visitors from the north coming down for a week to dethaw.  

I politely spoke to the owner Brent Voepel about it and he screamed at me.

I have since squashed that issue and had the one long-time visitor sign the lease and become a co-tenant to cover myself.
