My husband want to know if it is reasonable or unreasonable to ask and have the land reappraised (as if it were raw land) if they sell the developed property in 10 years.  

When someone is making tens of thousands on one property I don't think it's unreasonable to expect them to do more than show the property and get a contract signed.
