Other than that we did the kitchen floor to ceiling, and we had the hardwoods redone the rest was mostly cosmetic smoothing walls and repainting and updating old hardware. we did a fair amount landscaping and tree trimming that really made the yard look much bigger!

I think the shine looks great and it cleans well, but it doesn't take touch-ups or repainting well.

Paint the walls and the ceilings the same color to avoid the trim work and taping when it is time to repaint. 

Paint gets blemished faster and needs repainting more often, especially with bigger, hairy dogs. 

Always pays on time, doesn't really complain about anything, and he seems to be in it for the long haul, he repainted the interior, he contracted a company to re-do the landscaping in the front yard, he even asked me if I'd be ok if he contracted a friend of his that owed him a favor to re-finish the hardwood floors in the living room!

Once we moved out, we hired a contractor through our rental property manager who took care of some minor repairs, repainted the inside of the house and installed new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms.

I could have painted it griege or maybe even gray and gotten probably...three, four, maaaybe five years out of it before I had to do a color-change repaint to keep from looking tired and out of style. 

We are removing the acoustic on the ceiling and repainting it.

New siding melted in summer heat - instead repainted old shingles on front of house.
