Hey Shray,Define installing the 1.5 ton units outside?

I never thought at my age I can have a defined midsection!

After reading a few books and learning more about real estate I would define your investing goals (flipping, wholesaling, multifamily, etc...).

Always looking to learn and obtain knowledge in every aspect of Real Estate !

I am working on defining my strategy as i get more involved and I have at least settled on buying rental property to hold and generate steady stream of income.

Define what it means to be a tenant and what it means to be a guest.  

Top two things to do are to:educate yourself on the different aspects of RE, figure out what makes the most sense for your life goals, and to pursue a deeper knowledge of that areafigure out your financial situation because that will dictate what you can/can't doI guess that was more than two things...

Especially with the financial aspect of the business, as that is my weak spot.

Moving the rear door over would have helped tremendously but it's not an option with the budget as the exterior has a very dated stucco style and we wouldn't be able to match color/texture and keep it in budget.So I'm looking for ways to define the open space directly opposite the kitchen.

With regard to the pm though, I own a pm company and have employees that can handle everything associated with related aspects.
